Dark rod elastic seat rubber seal ductile iron gate valve is a valve used to control the flow of water or other fluids in pipelines. The valve consists of a ductile iron body with a rubber seal liner that provides a tight seal and prevents leakage. The concealed stem design means that the stem does not move up and down as the valve is turned, making it easier to maneuver in tight spaces. The valve is operated by a handwheel that rotates a gate in the valve body to control the flow of fluid. Made of EPDM or NBR, the rubber sealing liner has excellent corrosion and abrasion resistance and is ideal for use in water treatment plants, sewage systems and irrigation systems. The ductile iron body is durable enough to withstand high pressure applications. The gate design of the valve allows for virtually no restriction between the fully open and fully closed positions. The valve also has an adjustable stop that limits the movement of the gate, ensuring precise control of fluid flow.
