The OEM Stainless Steel CF8 Double Disc Swing Wafer Check Valve with Unidirectional Flow is a reliable and efficient valve used to prevent backflow of fluid in pipelines. This type of valve is designed to provide a tight seal with minimal pressure loss, ensuring fluid flow in one direction only. Made of high quality stainless steel CF8, the valve is corrosion resistant and ideal for harsh environments. It adopts a double disc swing design, two discs or plates are suspended on the hinge mechanism in the valve body. When fluid flows in the correct direction, the plates swing open, providing an unobstructed passage for the fluid to pass through. However, if there is backflow of fluid, the plate swings shut, preventing reverse fluid flow. The valve is equipped with a spring return mechanism to ensure that the valve closes quickly and safely in the event of backflow. Lightweight, compact and easy to install, the valve is ideal for a variety of applications including water supply systems, oil and gas pipelines, and industrial process plants.
